(2020)The Neem Plant - Uses, Benefits and Drawbacks

There are various plants present on earth having different medicinal uses due to active components present in it, one of which is Neem plant.

Neem is evergreen plant present in India, Shri Lanka, Nepal and other nearer countries. But in extreme conditions the leaves get shed.

Each part of Neem plant have medicinal uses. Bark, roots, leaves, flowers and its fruits have medicinal uses.

All parts of Neem plant are bitter in taste except flower, flowers are sweet in test.

Neem oil is extracted from the fruits and seeds after drying.

There are wide uses of Neem which I have discussed below, so take a look on it.

From many years in some villages of india and other countries the neem twigs are used as toothbrush.
