# 1 Pineapple

The pineapple contains bromelain which has anti- inflammatory activity.

The pineapple is a tropical plant with an fleshy edible fruit. It is originated in south Africa and mostly imported by the European countries. Pineapples is a fleshy edible fruit containing 86% of water and 14 % other ingredients like nutrients, vitamins, enzymes, etc.

The pineapple grows 1.0 to 1.5 meter tall. In appearance, the pineapple plant is short, stocky stem with tough and waxy leaves.
